Another Couple to Watch
Update 3/31/2010: As of right now I don't feel like either Portia or Ellen will carry their twin baby girl and boy. I predict that in November Ellen on her show will announce that they are expecting from a surrogate mother. This couple have very intense arguments and the relationship can be described as turbulent but they love each other and at the end of the day they do not sweat the small stuff.
There were reports of Portia De Rossi and Ellen Degeneres breaking things off after the whole puppy fiasco but they "look" like they're still going strong. While I do not believe that Ellen wants to have a baby, they both feel as if their biological clocks are ticking and this will cause a rift in the relationship. Adoption is always an option but I sense confusion and some turmoil about procreating. Portia and Ellen's relationship has a fighting chance--they've both been around the block a few times and have the ability to handle their relationship problems with much zeal.
